Rates: $1750 for 7 days during the summer season,
from Saturday to Saturday (or by arrangement).

Check-in is at 3
p.m. and check-out at 10 a.m. to give us time to prepare the house
for the next guests.
Payment - Security Deposit and Damages
- 50% of full fee payable at time of booking.
- 50% of full fee payable
3 weeks prior to stay (we will e-mail or phone you).
- A $500 refundable
security deposit is payable upon arrival.
Payment can be by any of the following:
- Check,
- PayPal (please add 3% commission fee),
- Direct electronic transfer to our bank account.
After you leave, our cleaning crew will make the house ready
for the next guests. The cost of any missing linens, accidental damage
to house or contents, or extra carpet cleaning will be charged against
the refundable security deposit of $500. Any balance on the deposit
will be refunded to you within two weeks
of your departure.
Cancellation Policy
We hope you will understand that the summer rental season in Nova
Scotia is very short, so when we agree to rent to you, we are depending
on your business. If you cancel your reservation, we will do everything
we can to re-rent the house, but we can't count on it, especially
as vacationers often make their plans well in advance. Therefore
we have a cancellation policy:
If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date, half of
the $500 security deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel between
30 and 60 days before your arrival date, 75% of the rental fee, minus
the $500 security deposit, will be forfeit. If you cancel less than
30 days before your arrival date, 100% of the rental fee, less the
$500 security deposit, will be forfeit.
